Debbie Simons
Debbie Simons brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, with a career dedicated to building organizations, cultivating meaningful partnerships, and advancing missions that strengthen communities.
A longtime Phoenix leader, Debbie has built an extensive network throughout Arizona and is widely recognized for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and ability to inspire volunteers, donors, and community partners.

Before transitioning to nonprofit leadership, Debbie led community relations and cause marketing initiatives for Macerich, where she developed a nationally recognized nonprofit partnership program benefiting more than 600,000 women across 78 communities. She also directed high-profile fundraising initiatives that generated more than $5 million for organizations serving women and children.
Throughout her nonprofit career, Debbie has held executive leadership roles with several respected organizations. She has led fundraising, marketing, operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth efforts that have strengthened each organization's impact.
In addition to her executive roles, Debbie founded TRC Strategies, a consulting firm providing leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning, and team-building services to corporate and nonprofit organizations. She is a certified facilitator in Emotional Intelligence, CliftonStrengths, and personal branding, and is passionate about developing leaders and creating high-performing teams.
Debbie is honored to serve as PANDA's first Executive Director, helping lead the organization into its next chapter of growth while preserving the volunteer spirit and legacy that has made PANDA one of Arizona's most respected philanthropic organizations. She is inspired by the extraordinary women of PANDA and is committed to expanding the organization's impact as it continues to advance pediatric medical research for children and families throughout Arizona and beyond.
